Cobb Mountain
One of the most desired areas of the county. The town is laid back and comfortable. The alpine settings make it one of my favorite places. Home to two of the finest golf courses in the area. Cobb meadows golf course until recently was named after the founder of the world famous Hoberg's resort and was called Hoberg's. There is a town on the mountain that still bears his name. This town which is situated around the world famous Hoberg resort, has it's own zip code, and is for sale! If you ever wanted to own your own town now is time ! The resort has become available after being owned for the past twenty odd years by a health club. With over 100 cabins, restaraunt, hotel, motel, convention center, auditoium, two swimming pools, tennis court, 25 acres of developable land,for homes, condos, or expansion.The resort has it's own mutual water system, and mutual sewer system.
