Upperlake
As the name indicates it is located at the north end of
the lake. This old time town has been completely remodeled and has
a new lease on life. Full of charming little shops and a history that
dates back to the early 1800's. Upperlake is a very desirable area.
The home prices are on the rise and if you follow the main street north
you will end up in the Mendocino National Forrest. If you keep
traveling
north you will end up at lake Pilsburry. A lot of the properties border
on the national forrest. This is very desirable to most people because
this allows them to access park land for hiking, hunting, horse back
riding, without having to cross any major roads or trucking in their
