Clearlake Oaks located on the south east end of the lake. This area has many special features in the surrounding communities. Some of the nicest parts are Wind Flower Point, Paradise Cove, Spring Valley Lake, and the Clearlake Keys. Wind Flower Point is a very secluded, gated sub-division. The home prices are upper level. Clearlake Keys is an area that was specialy dredged to provide lake access to most of the homes in the sub-division. Another part that is secluded is the Spring Lake area. This a community all it's own, located near Indian Valley dam, down a quiet country road that gives you a feeling of real back country that is wonderful. Idian Valley dam is a favorate fishing spot of many an outdoorsman. Also nearby is BLM land that is great for horse back riding, and nature hikes. The north fork of Cache Creek runs through and has many camp grounds. Paradise Cove is another dominent feature of the local area, homes here are top of the line upper end. The community has a front gate that keeps the traffic limited to residents and guests. Most of the homes have been deep channeled so most have lake access and a private dock.
